20 Minute For Time
This is a Body Weight exercise that can be done inside, or outside. All you need is yourself and a flight of stairs - you can use stairs at a park or even bleachers at a stadium to run up and down to get through this work out. The idea of this work out is to get done as many sets of three exercises in 20 minutes. You are working with time, and the faster you do the workout, the more you push yourself, and the more you will see improvements. You can either go the full 20 minutes or do 10 minutes at a time with a break in between.
This work out was originally posted in Life's Adventures Blog as- "Snow Day Workout"
