Homemade Applesauce
This recipe was created when my boyfriend and I had some apples we wanted to get ride of, but didn’t know what to do with them. Then we had the bright idea to make some delicious applesauce. This recipe is great because we had left over sauce that we put in a jar to save for later that week.
Ingredients

4 Apples (2 Galas, 1 Empire, and 1 Macintosh)
3/4 cup of water
Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
3/4 cup of water
Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
Core and chop the apples. Put them in a saucepan with the water. Cook on medium temperatures for 15-20 minutes. Add the cinnamon and brown sugar while it cooks. Stir occasionally, and lower the heat to simmer for 5 minutes.
