Fun winter season salsa
This salsa is one my boyfriend prepared for me. He calls it fun because of how colorful it is; with the red, white, green, and purple - I have to agree. I thought the recipe was great, so I decided to share with you guys.
Ingredients

1 Tomato
1/4 Spanish Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
Fresh Parsley
Pomegranate Seeds
1/4 cup Stuffed Mandanilla Spanish Olives
1/4 Spanish Onion

Chop up the tomato, pepper,onion, parsley, and olives - combine in a bowl. Scrape The seeds out of the Pomagrant and add to the bowl. Mix everything in the bowl, and your salsa is ready. Great appetizer and snack. Mmm.
Peach Salsa

2 Medium Tomatoes
1 Peach
1/4 Red Onion
Cilantro
Ground Pepper
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt

Chop up the tomatoes, peach, cilantro, and red onion - put them into a bowl. Sprinkle a pinch of Ground Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Sea Salt into the bowl. Mix ingredients together.
It's as simple as that! Now use this salsa with anything you would like, tacos, chips, sandwiches, wraps, soups, crackers, etc.

Black Bean Salsa

1 Can of Black Beans
2 Medium Tomatoes
Cilantro
1/4 Red Onion
Ground Pepper
Sea Salt
Garlic Powder
