​8 Week Core Strength and Endurance

This is a great place to start.  This 8 week program focuses on strenghtening your foundation  to improve your overall strength. 
I will help guide you in these 8 weeks with 3 core workouts a week
Equipment:  Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, Stability Ball.

Drop-In LIVE Workout Classes

Join me every Wednesday morning at 7am for a LIVE class via zoom. 
Body Work. A 60 minute workout class split up in 10 minutes of  dynamic stretching and mobility, 20 minutes of core activation, 20 minutes of HIIT, and 10 minutes of static stretching.
