Make your guacamole first, or you can spread plain avocado. Make your toast and slice your tomato. Then cook your egg, fry, scramble or make an omelet - however you prefer your eggs. I attempted to make an easy over egg.
When the egg is done, put everything together on the toast, and enjoy.
