My mother taught me how to make this dish. It has been my favorite dish ever since I was a little girl. It took me a while to get them just like my mother’s, but I think I finally figured it out!

Ingredients

2 Russet Potatoes
1/4 Yellow Onion
pinch Ground Pepper
pinch Basil Leaves
pinch Ground Cumin
pinch Powdered Garlic
pinch Ground Paprika
pinch Sea Salt
Rice Bran Oil

Slice the potatoes and onions. Heat the pan on medium high heat. When the pan is hot, coat with rice bran oil. Add Potatoes and Onions in the pan, and cover with a lid for about 3 minutes. Flip the potatoes, and add the seasonings to the pan - cover and cook for about 10 - 12 minutes, flipping the potatoes about 1-2 times)
