My love for being active started when I was young, playing sports and running around with my friends outside. During undergrad at Highpoint University, I taught two group exercise classes which were a huge success on campus. This is what really sparked my desire to break into the fitness industry!
On weekends, I can usually be found running, hiking, biking, or going on crazy adventures. My playlists are a mix of a little bit of everything. I am a huge "fit foodie" as my mom is a chef and taught me everything she knows, so I try new recipes out whenever I can.
