Total body core challenge

This is a great work out that I put together.  It incorporates legs, arms, and the cores muscles. If you choose to try the entire workout, it will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.  However, this is a great workout, and you can pick and choose different sections, or minimize the amount of sets to your fitness level.
