  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?

    You can cancel your membership at any time. You also get your first week for free to try out the program before you are charged for your first month just to make sure Body in Motion is right for you!

  • What equipment do I need for the workouts?

    All Body in Motion workouts are designed to be done anywhere, at any time. To maximize results, Jenna recommends a couple of sets of hand weights (choose weights that fit your fitness level) and mini resistance bands. (For example, a set of 5 lb weights, a set of 10 lb weights, and a set of resistance bands would work well for someone starting out)

  • What support do I get with the program?

    As a member of Body in Motion, you get the full support and motivation of having a personal trainer, without the expensive price tag. Jenna is here to help you develop a plan that fits into YOUR life, rather than you having to accommodate a program schedule. She meets with you to discuss what you are currently doing and where you want to be, to cater a plan and program right for you. She is available throughout for routine questions, ideas, guidance, and periodic formal check-ins to adjust your plan as you progress.
